Disgusting service

So today, 5/01/2024 I called this company 4 times wanting to speak to Christopher. I was told that he was busy on the line, so I left messages for him to contact me with regards to my query, it's now 18h27pm and still NO REPLY BACK FROM CHRISTOPHER.

I even spoke to a manager (Ina) that said she would take my query to the relevant manager and get them to call me, but alas, no call.

My problem is that Christopher sent me an email on the 04/01/2024 stating that they are going to debit the account, here is the thing, before I got the email, they already tried to debit me, Why.......

So tomorrow is another day and we will fight forth.
