Disgusting and ***********!

I have been ordering water from this company for a few years now. For the last couple of months they have deteriorated in service. They sometimes call you and sometimes email you for your order. Thrice they have left my water (4 drums) outside my apartment while I have been at work, and then ask the caretaker to sign. Obviously they don’t take your empties with. When it happened on all occasions I phoned each time to report it my. Not once did any manager or CEO follw up on this poor service . They also will not put you through to anyone of authority when you call either and ask. When I called to complain about the days of delivery asking them to change them for me as I work, the lady on the other side said if I can’t do the days they deliver I must find another supplier !!! Today was seriously the last straw. I was enquiring as to why I had not received this weeks order as requested.. They kept putting me through to the wrong department. Then I asked to speak to the owner - they refused to put me through. Then the girl Debbie on the phone said she will call me back. She did only to tell me that I would have my delivery next Tuesday Before the JewishPassover . I told her that it was tomorrow’s and she argued. Disgusting, ***********, company - obviously the CEO doesn’t care!!! Still no water. Goodbye Aquazania - you don’t deserve me as a client!
