Classist ,Unfair ,Arbitrary and Discriminatory Service

I reached out to Aquazania after researching floor-standing water coolers for my home. With tap water increasingly unsafe, I wanted bottled water for my kids’ health—no matter the cost. Having used Aquazania in previous companies I worked for, I was confident in their service.

I was excited to see they offered a 7-day free trial i was what a good company! , which seemed like a perfect way to start. I even queried their pricing twice, fully prepared to continue long-term regardless of whether the trial was free.

To my shock, after submitting my details (name, surname, address), I was told they do not offer trials in my area, simply because I don’t live in an “upstate” area of their choosing. This felt incredibly arbitrary and unfair.

I called twice to clarify and was hung up on both times. I requested email addresses or contact numbers to escalate, trying to understand how a company could turn down a simple water cooler based on location—this is not a loan application; it’s a basic home service.

This experience felt classist and discriminatory, prioritizing certain areas over others. Aquazania may provide great water in some places, but the way they treat potential customers outside their preferred regions is unacceptable. I cannot recommend a company that judges customers based on where they live rather than providing the service they advertise.
