Bad Service & false advertising!

<p>I saw the advert for "try our machine for 3 months for X amount" and contacted them. They were all about selling their BASIC coffee machine and said that I would only be charged R790pm - I asked the sales person repeatedly if this is the only amount. He confirmed it and I ordered my machine. 1 month later I am not only charged DOUBLE, but the machine has also NOT been WORKING properly for the last two months! I have asked them repeatedly to collect the machine and cancel the agreement - which is only on a month to month basis now. They IGNORE my requests, continue to charge me DOUBLE and have now handed me over for R17,493.00!! ***?! I WANT YOU TO COLLECT THE FAULTY MACHINE AND CANCEL MY AGREEMENT!!! I would gladly pay the THREE USELESS months with the machine, but where on this earth do you get the amount of R17,493.00???? That means you just wanted me to take your useless machine and then force me to pay the total whether it is working or not! FALSE ADVERTISING and this is against the CPR Law!!!</p>
