Bad service and wrong debit order amounts

I was contacted by Aquzania water company about 2 months ago a girl by the name of Precious Nkosi helped me but every single thing she told me from start up fee to first payment was all a lie not one debit that went off was correct last month she said start up fee will be R250 but i paid R294 then she said that end may i will only pay for the 2x water bottles i orderd that was R158 but now they debited me R303 almost double the amount there service is very bad and i am thinking of cancelling everything because of the way this has been handled very poor and unprofessional
