Avoid Aquazania at All Costs – Deceptive Practices & Terrible Service

I would give Aquazania zero stars if I could. Their so-called "free trial" is nothing but a ****—before the 7-day trial period was even over, they attempted to take payment. What kind of free trial is that?

The equipment they provide is absolutely substandard. The first machine they gave me burnt—yes, you read that right. A water dispenser burnt. Imagine the risk of mixing water, electricity, and fire! Instead of offering a proper solution, they replaced it with an "upgrade" that turned out to be an old, outdated model.

To make matters worse, instead of addressing these serious concerns, they harassed me for payment without fixing their issues. Their customer service is beyond ***********—they lack basic integrity and operate with less efficiency than the worst government institution.

If you're considering doing business with Aquazania, I strongly urge you to do your research. There are far better and more reputable companies out there. Save yourself the frustration and potential hazards—stay far away from Aquazania!
