Aquazania over charges on water when they fail to collect.
Good day I have given a star for their efficiency. However, I keep getting charged for extra water even though I am not ordering extra. If the delivery person doesn't take the empty, then they bill me for an extra bottle. This has been happening repeatedly over the last year or 2 and they ignore my feedback. Don't expect to pay the contract price, you WILL be overcharged.

05 Jun 2024, 13:16A follow up on this. I have the company an opportunity to correct the situation. Discussed this issue with customer agent, Lawrence Zwane from Aquazania who stated that no credit will be done for over billing. Even if its escalated to a senior manager, no credit will ever be done. He acknowledged that it shows no additional water was ever ordered, but since they didn't collect the empties I was over billed.
