ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY DISGUSTING SERVICE

Well, where to start with the disgusting level of service. I sent a request for the 7 day water cooler free trial. I received a call on Monday telling me the water cooler will be delivered on Tuesday. My husband sat at home the whole day for f***ck all. They did not arrive. He gave them a call, they said they will call back and OF COURSE THEY DID NOT. So I got on the phone with them the next day to arrange a delivery for Friday (today). They said they will expedite it and have it delivered in the first half of the day. Well the first half of the day is now nearly over and my poor man is again sitting and waiting. AGAIN he had to call them to find out what the f***ck is happening. AGAIN they said they will call back and AGAIN they have not. So in a nutshell due to this ********** service they can take their ***ing cooler and shove it where the sun don't shine. I will take my business elsewhere
