Don’t lose your money!
Buyer beware!!!! We paid months ago and are yet to receive a refund, the other reviews like this are stacking up on their Google profile despite claiming falsely on Facebook to have 5 stars.

Great company
Had a hiccup with my order but was sorted out promptly. Well packaged and I like the custom thank you letters. Seems like it is only the smaller companies putting in so much effort. Will support them again

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
If I could give them minus a star I would. The policies they list on their website do not reflect how they act in real life. The website is misleading and ultimately a lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, you will regret it. The location of stock for "in person" collection is completely wrong, after haven driven all the way to Pretoria (because that is what their website said) to find out there was basically nothing there. After arguing with them for days finally they shipped some stock only for it to be wrong, over priced for what it actually is and needing to be returned. The returns was awful again took nearly 2 weeks to finally have it commissioned with slow response times and little to no communication, 2 months later and I have still not received a refund even though they have had the product again for that 2 months. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

I expected rocks and so on and you and your company have exceeded my expectations by millions , I could see great care was taken and choosing the best rocks , your continuous feed back on my order and the honesty on the condition of my puffers is next level , I really trusted your process and am very happy ! Why am I upset , easy peasy ;now I don't have to surf the Internet to find a preferred supplier cause you are the best ! Excellent services
I wil recommend this petshop anytime. After a huge misunderstanding these people went out of there way to help me! They even gave me better medicine for my fish! I would recommend them!

Going the extra mile
As a first time buyer, I was skeptical when my order took longer than expected. The plants were not up to their standard, and they were waiting for the supplier. I was informed throughout. It arrived today, and the plants are beautiful. Thank you for excellent service, and going the extra mile.
