Take your money but don't provide a quotation

Auqatech plumbers was at my property to assess a task for installation of a stop****. They were quickly to take my money for call out, but 2.5 weeks still waiting on quotation. Been phoning twice every week only with empty promises. Can even get a quote out. What a joke.
