DAMAGED SINK - BAD ATTITUDE

We bought a water filtration systemfrom the above company. They came to install the system last week and wednesday. On wednesday night when I wanted to wash dishes I realized that the sink where they installed the tap was cracked and phoned Vernon directly. He was on the defence immediately and told me that the installer could not damage the sink, and that they see a lot of damaged places where they need to install. I told him that this is a brand new house and that the sink was in perfect condition the previous night when I washed cups and glasses. He then said that the installers normally take pictures of damadged property before they start the installation, but this installer forgot to take a photo. <br> I phoned the next day after we forwarded the photo of the damaged sink to him and he again started to defend themself. I told him that I am going to report him and he said I must give him time to sort out. A week later and we have not heard anything from them again.
