Unprofessional and Unreliable Aquasurge

Do not use this company for any services! Their website talks about Professional and Reliable services and systems - This is completely untrue. The director Ken de Melo is a dishonest individual that cuts corners at every opportunity. We used them to install a borehole and water filtration system. After endless difficulties, we called in 2 separate companies to assess the system. Firstly the electronics system that Ken and Aquasurge installed was ******* and would not pass an electrical compliance inspection. Then the actual pump system that was installed is also completely unsuitable for the purpose it was intended which resulted in the installed filters being destroyed. I have had endless promises to fix the problem, pay for the repairs (which currently stands at R34 800) but there is simply no action from Ken. You will hear every excuse in the book but you will find it is impossible to get any response from him and any promise he makes you is simply an empty promise. I hope that this will prevent other individuals from being caught out by this company and Ken. whilst the star rating is a 1 - it should actually be zero. BEWARE!!
