This company and owner is a *****. Borehole installation was done with the following issues: 1. Borehole yield was certified at 400l per hour. Actual yield is 250l per DAY. Thus borehole is dry. 2. Building constructed for housing filters, pumps and tanks was not built to standard and will need to be rebuilt. The building was also not completed, roof, door installation as well as not being painted. 3. Sub-standard piping was used and connections are leaking. 4. Electrical work can not be certified and will need to be replaced. Trips electrical system when it rains. 5. Borehole pump and run dry cables were damaged and thus trips electrical system.

Ken has promised to rectify all defects and after 4 months of giving them an opportunity to rectify defects Ken has started avoiding me.
