Refund for Undelivered Swimming Lessons Not Paid
In January 2026, I paid R850 to Aquarush – Edenvale for prepaid swimming lessons for my child. Shortly thereafter, the branch closed and the remaining lessons were not delivered. During a telephonic discussion, the refund was acknowledged and I was asked to provide my banking details. Despite providing the requested documentation and allowing additional time as requested, the refund has not been paid as of today. I am sharing my personal experience for transparency.
