Left a mess. Unfinished work. Post photos of house without consent

Not happy with the job…

1) Massive pile of old skirting boards left behind after the job(which is still not complete). Owner claims not his responsibility to clear the old skirting boards once he has removed them and will do when he “has time”.

2) Photos of our house posted on social media without our consent. Unacceptable.

3) Paid in full prior to job being completed(my mistake). Now waiting over a week for owner to complete job “when he has time”. He also still has building materials that I paid for and when I ask for them to be returned, no reply.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Aquarius flooring.
