Stay Away from Aquaphile Pools

Would not recommend that you use this company at all. Wilbert unfortunately doesn't run an honest business, he installed new marbelite and tiling in our pool and fixed a leak. A year later, tiles are coming loose and the leak he 'fixed' is back and worse. He gave us a 6 year guarantee on workmanship and has refused to come back to fix these issues. He makes appointments and does not keep to them, won't answer phone calls and is constantly dishonest when you eventually get a hold of him. Very unfortunate as we had a good experience with the initial installation but it's been ruined with his dishonesty and lack of accountability and care. I wish I saw the other reviews that speak to this before we hired him. I never would've considered him at all if I did.
