AquaO3Zone Ozone sos bath

So in February 2023, my wife and I purchased a Very expensive machine, which promised that it would alleviate and even cure certain health conditions (blood pressure, aching muscles, alleviate osteoporosis symptoms etc). The VERY pushy sales lady coerced us into buying the machine at a discounted price of R18,999.00. Unfortunately for her, she left her sales pitch document behind, and we saw that it was NEVER R25,200.00 to begin with, but it was always R18,999.00. The "discount" was never even a factor. We used the machine for 3 months (about twice a week because of loadshedding) and we have had NO relief from any of our ailments! I called the company and told them the machine was unsatisfactory and that we wanted to get our money, or at least some of out money back and we're told they'd give us only R2000.00 back!!!! DON'T be ****med as we were, this machine does NOT do what they promised it would do!! The invoice states the company name is Perficient, but no telephone no. on the invoice! We battled for 2 weeks to finally reach a company in Tshwane ***. All we wanted was at least half our money back but, the said no can do. We feel deceived and ****med so whatever you do DON'T bother with them unless you want a bubble bath!!!
