Pool service

I engaged with mark from aquaklean in August 2024. He replaced my suction unit.for R11 000. He quoted me for a step into the pool for R3500. But the pool was.still.quiet high for my ageing mum as shes got a knee problem. So i had asked them to add a half step.to that. Mark demanded immediate payment for that extra half step.so i paid R1200 . Then he called to asked of i had bought the tiles.for the stairs ..i went and bought the mosaic tiles. Then he tells me that he has no guy to tile. But the same x2.guys came to clean the pool and fit the connections. When i asked.why he was not tiling the stair, i was told hes unsure why his boss said that?. They wanted to fill the pool But the stairs incomplete.Why must i fill my pool when the stairs not tiled. The suction system that he fitted to my knowledge was a new and complete set. I still see a cracked lid. So i asked mark why? He sais he only replaced the pipe.??? I have to tile the stairs then fill the pool and only.then will.i know if what he did even worked or he just xame and made a mess for nothing. This was definetly not how i imagined my pool to look.a All mark says is that thats what i wanted. I regretted consulting with this company.
