Worst service in Kempton Park

I called the company and asked them to fit a pool pump at my house in Kempton Park. The lady, Alta, promised me that it would be done and what the cost is. I was also informed to pay as soon as the job is completed. This I did. Upon completion, we were instructed not to start the new pump for the next 24 hours, which we did. However, the installation was done on Wednesday and the pump was started for the first time on Friday morning. It immediately started pumping water out on the discharge of the pump. I then called Alta again immediately and she promised that she herself would come out immediately and see to it that it is fixed.. The whole of Friday and Saturday passed - No Alta or anyone from Aqua Blue Pools. Monday morning before eight I've called again and got the same promises. Monday went by and today is Tuesday has gone by too. Still no Alta or anyone else. Not a person, a phone call, a sms or anything else. Thus, my pool pump is still not up and running. This is by FAR the worst service that I have ever encountered in Kempton Park. No trust. No reliability. No pride. And absolutely NO after sales customer service to deal with complaints. However, VERY eager to take your money. There was nothing wrong with the money that was used for payment as they never complained. Why should I be satisfied with this type of service?
