No adhering to there own rules

I was having a swim day for my daughter who turned 7 on the 4th of December 2015. We were there on the 5th of December at 10:00 and stayed up to 14:00 . The experience I had there is terrible I reported it to the manager . There rules say that you have to have proper swim attire and there were grown men swimming in there underwear which when he jumped in revealed his privates I fell so embarrassed because I have a little girl who has to see this. I also did not see the lifeguard doing their job, there were children ramming into your back not caring if they drown you or cause serious harm to you my son and I were filled over on one of there rides due to the fact of them pushing and shoving us I hurt my foot quite bad I think my big toe are broken. there were no control on their slides and I think that it can be life threatening to go to that place and I feel I paid . it was overcrowded also there were not control when reporting it they gave me an attitude there is nothing they can do about it . I asked to call the manager and she spoke to the guy but he was still in there premises not obeying the rules
