*********** and Unprofessional Pool Guy

My advice to others, please, never use this company Aqua Sparkle Pool Services or as it states on his vehicle, The Pool Guy. The Owner Gavin, makes promises that he cannot keep. He has 2 unskilled workers that don't know what they are doing. Gavin started repair work on our pool on 19 February 2026 and till now has not completed what he was supposed to do. He was paid 50% for the job as per quote. The job is incomplete, he refuses to answer our calls or messages. The work that was done is shoddy and totally unprofessional. Our pool is left in a worse state than when he started. Please do not be fooled by his talk, because that's all he's good at.
