Waste of money

My sisters and I are retired and were looking forward to the first break we have had in years. What a huge disappointment and waste of money and cause of anxiety and irritation. We were booked into unit 73 Camarque in Umdloti for a week holiday. It was the worst accommodation I have experienced in many years. It was dirty, in need of maintenance and no instructions on where everything was. It took us the first 3 days to get someone to organise for it to be cleaned. The shower was full of algae, wet towels hanging in the cupboard, oven was filthy, sheets on 2 of the beds had not been changed. Our electricity went off one night and we could not find the electric box. After searching everywhere, we finally found it completely hidden in a kitchen cupboard. The small patio had a dirty piece of **** grass as a carpet and too much furniture. The light switches were grubby, holes in many of the walls were you could see things had been removed and not repaired, the toothbrush holder in the one bathroom was full of algae, the fan in the one room could not be adjusted as the cord was broken off, washing machine with plug attached to electrical cable IN THE BATHROOM, broken blinds, no lids on the dustbins, wall light switches in bedrooms concealed in cupboards, aluminium on frames peeling in some areas, the stuffing in the pillows on the couch seating was coming out of the broken seems.
