3 MONTHS LATER NO REFUND NO PRODUCT

I paid this supplier 3 740 USD on the 3rd of July 2015. The owner confirmed receipt of the funds on 15 July 2015. After the deal turned sour the owner of Aqua Socks promised a refund after he received his stock back from customs. The stock was received back to Aqua Socks on 12 August 2015. I have been forced to take legal action as they now refuse to refund us and keep on saying that they will send the tracking number for the product which also never happens.
