Rudi Kruger lives up to his name "PIRATE"!!

Pool was installed in Sedgefield Western Cape, just before Christmas 2025 and Rudi Kruger promised to come back and fix the issues with incorrect installation/dangerous electrical connection. It has been 10 weeks of excuses and the pool pump is not working. The manufacturer has voided the warranty because it was installed incorrectly.Quote from the manufacturer "in 15 years, this is the worst installation I have ever seen.... pump in flood zone not insulated poses a risk of electrical shock/dangerous... warranty therefore void". I have given Rudi Kruger every opportunity to rectify his mistakes but I now have to take legal action.
