Bought a pool cover with their extended guarantee 6 month ago.Noticed more recently that the two layers (bubble bottom layer and top smooth layer) started de-laminating. Aquanet sent an inspector out within 3 days, it is a problem they had not seen before. Got an e-mail next morning from Amanda Geldenhuis advising, that they will replace the cover at no charge. A week later ( due to width the cover is prepared in JHB) the cover arrived and was installed this morning ahead of the appointment time. To all sceptics: Kaapstad is not always Slaapstad - in this case they outperformed their competitors, with whom I had previously disappointing experiences.
