Super bad quality

You guys installed a net, you had to come back 3 times already to fix your substandard net that was installed. The strings keep on deteriorating. Please remove your net as its not safe as advertised by Aqua-net. I have never seen such low quality product. Please advise soonest. They come back every time and fix it and the older pieces keep on braking. SHOCKING SHOCKING. I do not even post complaints ever but this has been going on for some time.
