Poor customer service

I have been contacted (Montague Gardens) several times at a short notice, where I'm not asked when the fitting/inspection/installation can be done but rather being told this is when they can do it. After then explaining to them that I work quite far from home and need to plan for these visits, while even providing suitable dates and times well in advance. They still refuse to agree on a date and time and then promise that a person will shortly call me to confirm the date and time. A week later I get called again at short notice expecting me to be available and waiting for them at the house. There website states they are customer focus driven, this is definitely not the case. I hope the product is of a better quality than there service.
