No Service

We wanted to buy a new pool cover and asked at our pool shop for someone to come and take the measurements. That was in the beginning of November. We were told that they will refer our request to Aquanet, but as they are very busy they will need about a week to send someone out. After 2 weeks my husband phoned Aquanet directly and was told, that they will send someone within the next few days - which never happened. Another 2 weeks later I phoned Aquanet and was again told that someone will come as soon as possible. Up to now, about 2 months later, we haven't heard anything from them. That's absolutely unacceptable! The cover was installed by Protecto Covers in the meantime. Not even 2 weeks from first contact to installation!
