Inferior Covers, don't be fooled

Inferior covers, terrible admin and nobody bothers to come back to you. I have had my cover for under 3 years, warranty is for 3 years and it is in a terrible condition, almost see through in some areas. Reported it to Aquanet, they sent a crew out to come and fix my net, although I have a solid cover and their crew said it needed to be replaced. Not sure where they got the net from but also shows they don't read their mails and view the photos attached to their mails. I see we are now playing the waiting game! I have contacted them a number of times and still nothing confirming when they will replace. I will not accept a "chemical" issue as I have read in other comments on them as our pool is well maintained! Now time to refer this to the Consumer Protection Board as this cover cost over R10k and it is still under warranty. Pity this company does not reply to Hello Peter but people, if you are looking for pool covers, rather go elsewhere as these covers do not last and one is not supposed to replace these every couple of years. Don't be fooled by their website.
