Aquanet really bad service

We got a new dog and I needed to put a cover over the swimmingpool. Called Aquanet and asked for a quote, the lady gave me one, the next day I phoned again and couldn't get hold of the lady that I spoke to the prevoius day. So I asked her if see can give me a quote on the same cover. Difference in price R700. I said that I will do the installation myself, so I went and got the cover, sealed. Assuming everything is in there. Got home none of the pins were there to install it. Called them, took them a week to come and install the cover. They forgot the rope. So they just finished the job and left. Now, 4 months later they have not return to fix the job, the cover is tearing on the one side and the rope is still missing. Really bad service!!
