Aquanet provides excellent customer service

I called Aquanet as I had issues with my pool net. I am not an existing customer, as I inherited one of their products (pool net) when I purchased my house 6 years ago.

I needed longer net hooks and Andrew Reed arranged for Ricardo to deliver about 10 hooks to my office (they are almost 20km from my office) for free!! It would have cost me about R200 to purchase the hooks + petrol to drive to their factory.

This was unexpected service and it saved me alot of time and effort.

Would definitely recommend Aquanet!
