Net King trading as Aquanet. During an onsite inspection to have a Aquaguard pool cover installed, Dirk provided me with a personalized on site quotation. The next day, I received an email with a new quotation, significantly higher than the original provided on the official letterhead and quotation format on site. Upon querying this with Dirk, he informed me that there was moths he could do and that this was the price determined by their office. Does the consumer protection act not protect customers from this behavior? Is this ethical business behavior? Does senior management condone this business practice?
