Aqua Net poor customer service

I am really dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I made a special request via email and even called you requesting for Gareth to come through for the installation of the rollers with a different team, however the same guys from the previous installation were sent through. They didn't seem sure of anything, I'm not even sure they understood the questions I asked.

When i asked about the protective sheet the guys didn't even know they had forgot it. I then called to Sam to find out about the protective sheet and he said that there was no stock and he would notify me once stock is available. With regards to your mail above its quite evident that the protective sheet was in fact available and the guys just forgot it.

After 46 years in business I cannot understand this level of incompetence. The service provided is not aligned with the mission that is so proudly displayed on your website.
