***** received money no installation

I regularly buy the landbou week blab for information regards to farming ext.<br> 15 Sept 2015 Found an advert advertising AQUA - MANIA 'jou eenstop - waterbergingsoplossing\. checked out website all seems to be legit.<br> I give them a call and received all the information needed in order for me to start with the purchasing 3 water storage dams for my farm. Make the 85% payment asked for to start the purchase and send confirmation. Now the problem starts after all was discussed and planned for the erection of the dams before Christmas 2015. After a while I received lots of excuses why they cant come and then they promise a new date and nothing happens no explanation ext. Until know I'm still waiting, they just seems to neglect my calls and just don't answer only voicemail. I left numerous messages but no reply.<br> I would really like to have my money back or the dams erected on my farm as promised for this is a lot of money this should not be taken lightly "
