AQ Distributors Wholesales frozen foods 22 Hekla Road Valhalla

I am pretty sure a "business" like this not allowed in a residential area. They get these Truck deliveries that last for hours on end where they throw random things around making noise pollution. 11 March 2021, roughly between 21:15PM they started throwing **** around making an excessive amount of noise and this carried on till 1:45AM and started again 5:30AM.

How is that legal for a residential area? And again City of Tshwane refuse to help
