Not so good quality Christian louboutins shoes

I bought a pair of Christian louboutins from them late June, the branding started coming off and I went back to the Hydpark store to show it to them. To my surprise 2 male sale person started blaming the way I walked, and insisted in not helping me. I found their insta page plus email and send them my complain, up till this day I have not received any feedback from them
