Apsa union

Good day the is a new union by the name of Apsa, we joined the union using their joining forms. The union experienced a problem at my workplace so it was delayed a process of serving us as their member's, the problem was fixed the union only had to come to the store to start working but we were asked to pay first and we did pay. Now we had to wait almost a year for the union representative to come over and start working they guy has been making excuses even today we havent seen him. Its okay if he does not want to help us but can they do us a favour and pay back our money so that we start choosing another usefull union. Thank you
