PARKVIA AND AIRPORT PARKING SERVICE HORRIBLE SERVICE
SO REGRET BOOKING THEM!!!! WORSE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER! I booked my car as i was travelling, the agent that was supposed to pick up, came late, i called several times, when they eventually came, they had no booking in form with them, even when i asked how am i to know if they are the correct company to pick up my car, he showed me on his phone, i was already late for check in as i had to wait for them. when i came back, same story, he came late and said he could find parking, as i open the boot, everything was a mess, the jump start cable thrown in there and when he came out the car, his is name is Sandeep Rajkumar, he was highly intoxicated and i asked him how do you drive my car in this state. asked him who was using my cables and why was everything thrown around he said he doesnt know, and if that was all, when i started the car all my petrol used up, when i asked he also doesnt know. When i wanted to lay a complaint, it is his number on the booking site, and Park Via the booking platform said they are just a booking side, i am so mad
