Additional shipping Cost

I bought a BlackBerry Q10 cell phone from Apricot and paid for the phone and shipping. Apricot then advised that they had sent the wrong phone and if I would be interested in the more expensive phone at a discount. I declined and insisted on the phone I originally ordered. Apparently they have now sent the correct phone, but expect me to pay for the shipping costs and to pay this to the courier. The courier refuses to release the phone unless I pay for the shipping cost.<br> <br> I am of the view that I have paid for the phone AND shipping, and if Apricot sent the wrong goods, I cannot be expected to pay for their error.
