Piece of steel in Cheesecake

My Parents and wife went to the Apr?s Bistro for some coffee and cake while I had a meeting in Stellenbosch. they bought me a piece of romany cream cheesecake as take away. I ate half the same night and took the other half to work. At tea time I was eating the lovely cheesecake then I felt something sharp in the back of my mouth. I first fought it was a nail but as I'm battling to get it out I saw it was a piece of steel. I am so not happy with this. what if I had swallowed this and it made me either sick or cut my through.
