The worst by far

This is by far the worst customer service platform I have ever encountered. They made absolute promises when they wanted me to upgrade my app. I was told that they handle the publishing on Google Play and iStore, however, it's been months now and my app's IAP is still not working. There are so many glitches as well and after submitting ticket after ticket after ticket, they just simply ignore the issues. I would definitely not recommend using this service or platform at all.
