Appy Pie, **** or legit business?

First I tried to sign up for a free trial which kept on saying my number is invalid. I was then advised to upgrade my plan to a pay plan which I did so that I could start building my own app. Now I got a call saying the entry pay plan but I should upgrade. This is starting to feel like a **** I must say
