Repairs not done

<p>I must complain about poor service from Applique Appliances here in Vanderbijlpark. Last year during Febuary after numerous days of waiting and losing all the food stuff in the deep freeze they replaced the compressor. On the 5th of December 2016 I called them saying the red warning light is back on again and waiting for 2 days a technicain showed up and dismantled part of the freezer insides. He said its not the compessor but the fan that draws cold air from the bottem. He tried to remove the fan and in the pricess broke the fan housing. I asked him what now and he said he will ask the boss, turned the freezer off and left.</p> <p>Two weeks later after my wife called them they said that the spare's are closed and will see in the new year.I called them on the 9th of Jan2017 and asked what now and mentioned all the details and a guy said they will look into it and call me back, I am still waiting. This is now more than a month with-out a freezer.</p>
