Very disappointed

My Bosch fridge started beeping continuously but I could not find the problem, I contacted Nigel, ***, he advised he would send a technician out, which he did on the same day, Happiness (the technician) *** advised the unit that controls the temperature blew, so he replaced it. The fridge is still beeping, I have tried to contact them to come back and check as the beeping started the next day and is still doing it, I paid for the repairs which indicate there is a 6 month guarantee on work done. My husband has also contacted them but they have not come back Thecrepair was done on Tuesday, it's now Saturday and they have not made arrangements to come back
