Failed Repairs

My fridge was not cooling so I contacted this company to come out and fix my fridge. I was told that the callout fee would be R500 and if I accepted the quotation, the callout fee would fall away. Unfortunately I was unable to do business with them due to the exorbitant amount they wanted to charge me.
