Appliance Repair Company took payment without fixing the issue

We called them to ask for our money back and they promptly ignored all phone calls, whatsapps and sms. We paid them after the first time, because we used it once when we got it back and there were no leaks. Every subsequent load, we had a little pool forming in our kitchen. Lost R1700. So much for trying to support small businesses.
