Service? What service?

I filled in a query on their website and got a quick response next morning by email offering to come that day. I rep****, asking for an approximate time so that i could plan my day......and nothing. I have tried calling the number on the email several times and it goes unanswered.

Having seen the last two ratings where PC boards were taken from fridges and weeks later no progress, I do not feel inclined to pursue the possibility of having them repair my fridge any further.
