Disgusting communication

Called this company to fix our fridge. They came and had a look, took our fridge PC board and left. We have been trying to get them to come back now for 2 weeks and are just not returning our calls. I would have been fine if they just said they can't fix it and returned the PC board, but they are just ignoring our calls.

I will be reporting them to the police later today for theft if they do not get back to me. I'm fed up. I haven't had a fridge/freezer for more than 2 weeks.
