Professional looking website but shocking service. My freezer was damaged by Mike while attempting to do a repair. He told me I had to pay a deposit so that he could order the parts for my freezer and then he had continuous excuses about still waiting for the parts. The excuses carried on for a number of weeks and eventually I asked for my deposit to be refunded. I was told many times that I would get my deposit back and that never happened.
