My fridge broke from a power surge, the I search the web for companies to assist. Appliance Pro was one, and after I said I had a other company that can come quicker, they could suddenly be there faster. Talent Gundabope arrived. Replaced the driver and charged me R1600 , be aware this was communicated very badly. He left with a few *****s still lying around which I fixed later as the fridge made a rattling sound. Not even 2 weeks later and the compressor stopped working, which was related to the original power surge. Since then I get told he has a part and will be back. When I called he was waiting for the part suddenly and will be back at 6.pm . That was the last I heard of him, not responding to messages , but have read it, makes me believe there is something more sinister with Appliance pro going on and after searching the web , I found similar stories on hello peter about the same person Talent Gundabope. Employed a reliable company now and the report is the welding was not done correctly and is leaking oil. So could it be that the poor workmanship lead to the failing of the compressor. I reported the site to google as well , to be able to allow for reviews as you can not do that at present
